Julie Prince
Not long ago, Julie Prince was doing up properties. A pastime that had become a profession after raising her young children.

John Lantz
The day he decided to get into residential real estate, John Lantz did it differently.
Bypassing reception, he walked into Bayleys Remuera office, asked to be interviewed – and was hired on the spot.
“That day I hit the streets door knocking. I had nothing, not even a business card…”

Scott Kirk
When Scott Kirk left his last job, he was frustrated by the hierarchal limitations of the corporate world. Instead he was looking for a change in direction, where the potential to earn corresponded to ability and effort, not seniority. The search led him to Bayleys.

Angela Davis
Angela’s first foray into real estate didn’t quite work out as planned.
“I was ambitious and I could see a real future, but the first agency I was with couldn’t provide the initial training or guidance I needed.”

Stephen Shale
Stephen Shale saw the big picture early on. His degree should have put him in the corporate world, where a career in finance or banking beckoned.
“To be honest, the real estate structure had more appeal. Here was the opportunity to run my own business, within a good agency…and the income potential was fantastic.

Peter Stratton

Sharon Hall
Three years ago Sharon Hall wasn’t looking at the big picture. She was nursing for a cosmetic surgeon, earning a good wage as a nurse, but life had stalled.

Simon Anderson
Having spent over 15 years in the rural financial services industry Simon Anderson knew a lot about how people bought country properties, what people looked for and how decisions where made.
This knowledge has served Simon well since making the transition to real estate with Bayleys in the Bay of Plenty five years ago.
